In today’s hyperconnected digital world, our attention is constantly highjacked, giving us the illusion of multitasking at the expense of productivity, emotion regulation, relationships and well-being.
The NeuroMindfulness® approach is based on a Mindfulness rooted in Neuroscience. Neuroscience aims at understanding how our brains work, while Mindfulness provides us with the tools and practices allowing to regain control over our minds.
During this workshop, you will discover the neurological foundations of our behaviors, and what we can do to regain control over our minds in order to be more efficient, emotionally balanced and resilient.
